2. What this Site is

This Site provides free, independent, plain-language information about setting up, connecting, and troubleshooting printers, along with:

• Links to the official driver and manual pages of printer manufacturers (HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Lexmark, and others).
• Original downloadable PDF guides that we wrote ourselves.
• Interactive tools (a model/driver search, an error-code lookup that opens a web search, and a print-quality diagnostic) intended to point you toward the right resource faster.
• A form to request a guide by email.

This Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, Lexmark, Ricoh, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Dell, Samsung, Toshiba, Panasonic, OKI, Fujitsu, Cricut, Tally, or any other printer manufacturer. Any brand names, logos, or product names mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used only to help you identify your own printer — not to imply any partnership.

3. No official support or warranty

The content on this Site — including the setup steps, troubleshooting suggestions, error-lookup tool, and downloadable guides — is provided for general informational purposes only, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep it accurate and genuinely useful, but:

• We make no guarantee that any specific step, fix, or suggestion will resolve your printer's issue.
• We are not the manufacturer of your printer and cannot speak to model-specific defects, warranty coverage, or safety recalls.
• Following any instruction on this Site (including opening a printer, clearing a jam, or reinstalling a driver) is done at your own discretion and risk.

If your printer is under manufacturer warranty, check with the manufacturer before attempting any repair that could void it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustFixPrinter and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on its content — including damage to your printer, computer, data, or any other property, or costs incurred from a third-party service you contacted as a result of information found here.

5. No external redirects

This Site does not link out to third-party websites or automatically open external searches on your behalf. Where you need to reach a manufacturer's official site (for a driver, manual, or specific error code), we tell you the exact domain name to type directly into your own browser's address bar — we don't provide a clickable link to it. This is a deliberate choice: it means you're never one misdirected click away from a lookalike site, since you're the one typing the address. If you choose to visit a manufacturer's site or perform a search based on our instructions, that other website's own terms and privacy policy apply once you're there — we don't control or take responsibility for third-party sites' content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

6. The guide-download form

When you request a downloadable guide, you agree to provide accurate contact information. Submitting the form starts your download immediately; providing your email additionally allows us to send you that guide and occasional related tips, which you can opt out of at any time — see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle that information.

You agree not to submit false information, impersonate someone else, or use automated tools (bots or scrapers) to repeatedly submit the form.
